Professional Assistance. Focused on Getting the Work Done.
Turn government contracting requirements, plans, and priorities into completed work with practical, hands-on Support Services from Macias Builders.
Get the Work Done.
Knowing what needs to happen is one challenge. Finding the time, expertise, or capacity to complete it is another.
Macias Builders Government Contracting Support Services provide hands-on professional assistance with selected activities across the Government Contracting Journey.
Whether you're establishing foundational business assets, strengthening federal readiness, evaluating an opportunity, developing a proposal, preparing to perform a contract, or building operational systems, MB can help turn defined needs into completed work.
Advisory determines what to do. Playbooks provide a system for doing it independently. Support Services help get the work done.

NEED SOMETHING ELSE?
Support Beyond the Menu.
MB provides additional hands-on assistance across Business Alignment, Federal Readiness, Opportunity Pursuit, Proposal Excellence, Contract Execution, and Government Contracting Operations.
More complex or variable requirements are scoped and quoted according to the work required.
Defined Work. Defined Scope.
MB Support Services are intended for businesses that have identifiable work to complete.
Support is not an open-ended outsourcing arrangement or unlimited consulting service.
Your support engagement begins by identifying:
Once the scope is agreed upon, MB performs the defined support activities in collaboration with your organization.
The Outcome
You receive completed or developed work products aligned with the agreed scope—not simply recommendations about what should be done.
Hands-On Assistance for Defined Needs.
Support Services are designed to help complete selected implementation activities.
Support is appropriate when:
Support is not intended to replace business ownership or decision-making.
Your organization remains responsible for its business decisions, the accuracy and completeness of information provided to MB, representations, certifications, approvals, submissions, contractual obligations, and performance.
Start with What You Already Know.
You do not have to purchase an Advisory engagement or Playbook before requesting Support Services.
If you already know what you need, you can request Support directly.
FROM ADVISORY
Turn Recommendations into Action.
If an MB Advisory engagement identifies specific work that needs to be completed, engage Support Services for selected implementation activities.
FROM A PLAYBOOK
Get Help Completing Selected Work.
Use your Playbook as the implementation system and engage MB to assist with defined activities you do not want—or do not have the capacity—to complete independently.
DIRECTLY
Already Know What You Need?
Tell MB what you're trying to accomplish. We'll determine whether the request is sufficiently defined for Support or whether clarification or Advisory should occur first.
The Right Level of Assistance for the Requirement.
Government contracting support needs vary considerably.
A capability statement is different from a proposal. A SAM.gov registration is different from an operational system. A quality-control plan is different from a contract-management structure.
For that reason, Support Services are scoped and priced according to the work required.
Factors may include:
Defined Support Services are offered at established prices where practical. More complex or variable requirements are scoped and quoted based on the work required.
Choose the Level of Help You Need.

SUPPORT SERVICES
“Help me get it done.”
Choose Support Services when the work is sufficiently defined and you want hands-on professional assistance completing selected implementation activities.
Start with a Conversation.
You don't need to determine the correct MB service before contacting us.
Tell us what you're working on, what you've already completed, what you need help with, and any applicable requirements or deadlines.
We'll help determine whether Advisory Services, a Contracting Playbook, or another next step would be more appropriate.
Start with a complimentary 30-minute consultation.
No obligation. The initial consultation helps us understand your request and determine an appropriate next step.
Turn the Next Step into Completed Work.
Government contracting creates real implementation demands—from registrations and capability materials to opportunities, proposals, contract controls, and operational systems.
When you know what needs to be done but need professional assistance completing it, MB can help.
