John "Michael" Macias is a retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with 30 years of distinguished service in logistics and materiel management—now serving as CEO of Macias Builders Corporation, a federally focused general contracting, construction management, and construction  services company based in San Antonio, Texas.

As a mission-driven entrepreneur and seasoned operations leader, Mr. Macias brings a unique blend of military precision, construction expertise, and business acumen to every project. He has successfully built and led two construction companies, overseeing projects nationwide in residential, commercial, and federal markets.

Before founding Macias Builders, Mr. Macias managed construction and refrigeration infrastructure projects at Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) sites across U.S. military bases. His leadership spans complex roles such as Project Manager, Site Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety Officer. He holds certifications in Construction Quality Management (CQM-C), OSHA 30, and is currently pursuing his PMP.

With advanced degrees in Procurement & Acquisitions (MA) and Business Administration (MBA), Mr. Macias combines technical knowledge with strategic insight—ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence on every federal contract. His military background includes leading high-stakes logistics operations and deployments supporting global missions, including Operations Desert Shield, Storm, and Calm.

Fluent in English and Spanish, and deeply committed to public service values, Mr. Macias is proud to lead a Small Disadvantaged Business that delivers federal construction solutions with integrity, accountability, and a focus on lasting partnerships.

Danielle Macias serves as the Secretary and Treasurer of Macias Builders Corporation, bringing more than 20 years of financial management, administrative leadership, and human resources expertise to the company. With a career rooted in precision, accountability, and long-term operational oversight, she plays a critical role in ensuring the financial and organizational strength of the company.

Danielle’s background spans key roles in accounting and business operations, including Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist, and Financial Advisor. She spent over two decades supporting diverse clients at a respected accounting firm, where she managed financial records, budgeting, cash flow analysis, tax preparation, and regulatory compliance with diligence and professionalism.

In addition to her financial expertise, Danielle has served as an HR Manager and Director for several staffing agencies, where she led talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce development initiatives. Her dual background in finance and human capital management gives her a comprehensive understanding of small business operations and organizational sustainability.

At Macias Builders, Danielle oversees internal financial systems, corporate recordkeeping, regulatory reporting, and company-wide compliance. Her commitment to transparency, organizational excellence, and ethical leadership is foundational to the company's continued success.
