Founder & President
Michael Macias is a retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with over 30 years of leadership in logistics, materiel management, and operational support. As Founder and President of Macias Builders, he leads a veteran-led supply and procurement company focused on sourcing and delivering construction, facility, and operational materials in support of government and commercial requirements.
His background includes extensive experience in supply chain coordination, resource planning, and operational execution within mission-critical environments. He also brings prior experience supporting construction and facility-related projects, providing valuable insight into material application, project requirements, and field conditions.
Michael holds advanced degrees in Procurement & Acquisitions (MA) and Business Administration (MBA), along with certifications including USACE CQM-C and OSHA 30. He is committed to disciplined execution, compliance, and delivering reliable procurement solutions aligned with client needs.
Vice President of Operations
Johnmichael Macias brings a background in operations leadership, team development, and organizational coordination. As Vice President of Operations, he supports internal operations, vendor coordination, and process execution to ensure efficient and reliable procurement and supply support.
His experience includes leadership roles in multi-location operations and facility coordination, where he developed strong capabilities in team management, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. He has also supported facility environments requiring coordination with vendors and stakeholders in active, occupied settings.
Johnmichael plays a key role in maintaining organizational alignment, supporting supply chain coordination, and ensuring consistent execution across company operations.
Secretary & Treasurer
Danielle Macias brings over 20 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and human resources. As Secretary and Treasurer, she oversees financial controls, compliance, and organizational stability—supporting disciplined operations and accountability across the company.
Her background includes leadership in accounting, payroll, budgeting, tax reporting, and workforce management. She ensures financial integrity, supports regulatory compliance, and reinforces the operational foundation necessary for reliable procurement and business performance.
Administration & Finance
Alyssa Sanchez supports administrative and financial operations within Macias Builders, contributing to efficient internal processes, documentation management, and coordination across business functions.
She assists with financial tracking, compliance support, and operational coordination, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and organizational efficiency. Her role supports consistent execution and accountability across procurement and internal operations.
