Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Michael Macias is a retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with 30 years of leadership in logistics and operations. As Founder and CEO of Macias Builders Corporation, he leads a veteran-led construction firm delivering disciplined, compliant roofing and managed construction solutions nationwide.
Michael has founded and led two construction companies and brings hands-on experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety Officer. He holds USACE CQM-C and OSHA 30 certifications and advanced degrees in Procurement & Acquisitions (MA) and Business Administration (MBA). Fluent in English and Spanish, he is committed to precision, integrity, and long-term value.
Secretary & Treasurer
Danielle Macias brings more than 20 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and human resources. As Secretary and Treasurer, she oversees corporate compliance, financial controls, and organizational continuity for Macias Builders.
Her background includes senior roles in accounting, payroll, budgeting, tax reporting, and workforce management. Known for her diligence and transparency, Danielle plays a key role in supporting disciplined operations and sustainable growth.
Administration & Finance
Alyssa Sanchez supports the operational backbone of Macias Builders within the Administration and Finance function. She assists with financial coordination, administrative processes, and internal controls—helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations and accurate recordkeeping.
Alyssa contributes to compliance support, documentation management, and resource coordination, reinforcing accountability and organizational efficiency across the company.
