Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Michael Macias is a retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with 30 years of leadership in logistics and operations. As Founder and CEO of Macias Builders, he leads a veteran-led construction firm delivering disciplined, compliant roofing and building envelope solutions supported by structured construction management nationwide.
He has founded and led multiple construction companies and brings hands-on experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety Officer. He holds USACE CQM-C and OSHA 30 certifications and advanced degrees in Procurement & Acquisitions (MA) and Business Administration (MBA). Fluent in English and Spanish, he is committed to precision, integrity, and long-term value.
Vice President of Operations
Johnmichael Macias brings a background in operations leadership, team development, and facility coordination. As Vice President of Operations, he supports the execution of roofing and building envelope projects through coordination of field operations, internal processes, and trade partners—ensuring efficiency, accountability, and consistent project delivery.
He developed his leadership experience in the hospitality industry, progressing from barista to store manager and trainer while supporting the expansion of multiple locations across Texas and New York. He later served as a consigliere for a large condominium complex, working directly with property owners and subcontractors to maintain building systems and overall facility performance in an occupied environment.
Secretary & Treasurer
Danielle Macias brings more than 20 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and human resources. As Secretary and Treasurer, she oversees corporate compliance, financial controls, and organizational continuity for Macias Builders—ensuring disciplined operations and financial integrity across the company.
Her background includes senior roles in accounting, payroll, budgeting, tax reporting, and workforce management. Known for her diligence and transparency, Danielle plays a critical role in supporting operational stability, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth.
Administration & Finance
Alyssa Sanchez supports the operational backbone of Macias Builders within administration and finance. She assists with financial coordination, administrative processes, and internal controls—ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and accurate recordkeeping.
She contributes to compliance support, documentation management, and resource coordination, reinforcing accountability and organizational efficiency across the company while supporting consistent execution across projects.
