John “Michael” Macias is a retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with 30 years of distinguished service in logistics and materiel management. As Founder and CEO of Macias Builders Corporation, he leads a veteran- and minority-owned general contracting company based in San Antonio, Texas.
Michael brings a unique blend of military precision, business strategy, and hands-on construction experience. He has founded and led two successful construction companies, delivering projects nationwide across government, commercial, and residential sectors. His field experience includes serving as Project Manager, Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety Officer.
He holds certifications in USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM-C) and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety, and is currently pursuing PMP certification. With advanced degrees in Procurement & Acquisitions (MA) and Business Administration (MBA), Michael combines technical expertise with strong leadership and client-focused execution. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is committed to delivering high-quality, compliant construction solutions with integrity and lasting value.
Danielle Macias brings over two decades of experience in financial management, administrative leadership, and human resources to Macias Builders Corporation. As Secretary and Treasurer, she oversees the company’s fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and organizational continuity.
Her background includes roles as Accounting Assistant, Bookkeeper, Financial Advisor, Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist, HR Manager, and Staffing Agency Director—providing her with a well-rounded perspective on small business operations. Danielle has managed accounting systems, payroll, budgeting, tax filings, and team development with precision and consistency.
Known for her diligence, transparency, and steady leadership, Danielle is a trusted advisor whose oversight is integral to the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence.
